Good wine is made.
Great wine is grown.
We import MILLON Wines from the Barossa Valley and advise on selections for the table, for gifting and for the cellar. In-store tastings run from five guests.

MILLON holds to a century of craft and accumulated judgement. Their conviction is simple: good wine is made, but great wine is grown — exceptional genetics, a distinctive climate and fine soils, on land that was once seabed and carries a wealth of trace nutrients because of it. That, they argue, is where a serious wine actually begins.

- Crushing capacity of 7,000 tonnes

In-store tastings
from five guests
Tasting is how the difference becomes obvious. It remains our favourite way to explain any of this.
Our Linkou showroom hosts tastings by appointment, from five guests. Whether it is friends, a small corporate event, or a genuine comparison of wines and equipment before a purchase, you are welcome to book.
We also run tasting and glassware programmes — wine selection, glass comparison, structure and delivery on the day. For operators, this is among the most effective floor-staff training available.

and racking
Openers, decanters, glassware and racking, advised according to how they will actually be used.
Racking deserves more thought than it usually gets: ambient temperature and humidity, how the bottle is supported, and how easily it comes out all affect both the wine and the daily experience. If you are planning a storage space, bring it into the conversation.
Have a glass first.
Business afterwards.
The Linkou showroom takes appointments any time. See the equipment, taste the wines, talk it over.
